Cancellation Policy

At Auxano 7 Media & Production, we’re committed to delivering a professional and seamless podcasting experience for every client. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please take note of the following booking policy: 1. Booking and Confirmation All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance via our official booking system or in writing via email. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received and acknowledged. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payments Full payment is required for Tier 1–4 packages at the time of booking. For monthly retainers (Tier 5 and above), payment is due on the 1st of each month in advance. Payment methods: EFT, Card, or approved online platforms. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule once, free of charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% rebooking fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, and no refunds will be issued. Monthly retainers are non-refundable but may be paused once for up to 30 days in special circumstances (with written notice). 4. Studio Etiquette Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals will cut into your allocated time and may impact your recording. Only booked hosts, guests, and essential team members are allowed in the studio unless arranged beforehand. 5. Turnaround Times Raw files: Delivered within 24 hours Edited episodes (audio/video): Delivered within 3–5 business days depending on tier Additional content (reels, notes, etc.): Delivered within 7 business days unless otherwise specified 6. Rights & Ownership You retain full ownership of your podcast content. Auxano 7 reserves the right to feature your podcast in our portfolio, unless a written request is made to opt out. We may archive and backup all recordings unless deletion is requested. 7. Add-ons & Changes Add-on requests (e.g., extra reels, additional editing, transcriptions) must be made at time of booking or during recording to avoid delays. Changes to deliverables after production may incur extra charges. 8. Code of Conduct We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a session if: Offensive, illegal, or harmful content is being recorded Any member of the crew or team is treated with disrespect or harassment Health and safety guidelines are violated
