By booking our tablet rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Scope

• The rental covers the use of the Auxano 7 tablets for the agreed period, as selected in your booking form.

• The base rental fee includes only the tablet and standard setup.

• All optional add-ons (e.g., delivery, support, app preloading, content digitisation) are available at an additional cost unless otherwise included in your selected package or volume discount tier.

2. Booking & Payment

• A quotation will be provided upon receipt of your completed booking form.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a formal purchase order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery and pickup are available at an additional charge based on location.

• Clients must ensure that someone is available to receive and return the equipment at the agreed-upon times.

4. Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used for lawful purposes only.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of tablets during the rental period.

• Any content loaded or used on the devices must comply with applicable laws and policies.

5. Support & Maintenance

• Basic setup is included with all rentals.

• Ongoing maintenance, support, charging, and content updates are only included if selected as an add-on or included in your rental tier benefits.

6. Damage, Loss & Insurance

• All devices must be returned in their original condition.

• If a tablet is lost, stolen, or damaged, the client is liable for the full repair or replacement cost unless insurance has been purchased.

• Insurance is available at R129 per tablet/day and includes an excess of R2,000 per tablet.

• No-excess waiver options are currently not offered.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or rental start.

8. Data Privacy

• Any data or content provided for preloading or digitisation will be treated with strict confidentiality.

• We do not store, access, or distribute client data beyond the scope of the agreed service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Auxano 7 shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or failure of the rental equipment.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
