By booking our photography and/or videography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing through our official form, email, or WhatsApp.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Cancellations less than 72 hours before the booking may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee on top of the non-refundable deposit.

In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency), you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

3. Travel & Logistics

Travel within Pretoria is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside Pretoria.

For shoots outside of Gauteng, travel, accommodation, and per diem costs will be added to the final invoice.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Auxano 7 retains full copyright over all media produced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a license for personal or commercial use of the final edited content.

Raw footage or unedited images are not included unless explicitly stated in the package or agreed upon beforehand.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all relevant parties are present and prepared at the time of the shoot.

Any delays caused by the client or their team may reduce available shooting time or incur overtime charges.

If the client requires location permits, these must be secured in advance.

6. Editing & Delivery

Turnaround time for edited content is typically 7–14 working days, depending on the scope of work.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

Final content will be delivered via a secure download link unless otherwise requested.

7. Confidentiality & Consent

We treat all client information and content with strict confidentiality.

Clients must secure all necessary model releases, location permits, or consent forms where applicable.

8. Marketing & Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise specified, Auxano 7 reserves the right to use a selection of footage or images for promotional purposes (e.g. website, portfolio, social media).
