Booking Confirmation
Submission of this form does not confirm your event booking. A representative from Auxano 7 will contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm availability. A formal agreement and deposit will be required to secure the date.
 

Scope of Services
Auxano 7 provides strategic planning, coordination, and management of events. Specific deliverables will be outlined in a customised proposal following the consultation.
 

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the service agreement. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
 

Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges. Any changes to the event scope or date are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
 

Liability
Auxano 7 will make every reasonable effort to ensure your event runs smoothly. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including force majeure or third-party vendors.
 

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to required information, approvals, and third-party contacts necessary for successful event planning and execution.
 

Use of Media
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Auxano 7 reserves the right to use photographs or videos from your event for promotional purposes.
